Accessibility at Nedging Hall

We will always do our very best to accommodate any accessibility needs you may have.
To enable us to provide you with the best assistance for your needs, please do get in touch ahead of your stay to make us aware of your requirements.

Nedging Hall seeks to accommodate families and guests with varying requirements. Guests travelling with young children are advised that cots can be provided and placed in bedrooms upon request. The personalised communication process ensures that any specific requirements can be discussed before arrival, helping to create an inclusive and welcoming experience for all guests.

Contact us with ease

During your stay, guests have access to ongoing support through a dedicated contact number provided within the welcome pack. This mobile number is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that assistance is always available should guests have any questions, require local recommendations, or need support with any aspect of their stay. This provides reassurance and contributes to a seamless guest experience.

Personalised experience

Nedging Hall provides a structured and personalised guest experience from the point of booking through to arrival and throughout the stay. Upon confirmation of their booking, guests receive a local supplier guide featuring a range of activities that can be brought directly to the Hall. For hen and stag parties, options include wine tasting, gin tasting and spa pamper sessions, while families can enjoy experiences such as alpaca encounters, archery and axe throwing.

Catering if you need

Catering packages can also be personalised to meet individual preferences and are provided through the venue's own establishment, The Crown, Bildeston, enabling guests to enjoy a bespoke dining experience during their stay.
